Goop guru and green beauty extraordinaire Gwyneth Paltrow may be an incredibly successful entrepreneur, but when it comes to her own beauty routine, the star says she generally tends to leave the makeup to the pros, admitting she’s not so savvy when it comes to application.

“I’m not very good at putting on makeup, which is, I think, a result of having had my makeup done for 20-plus years,” she confessed to Into the Gloss in a recent interview.

But because we believe Paltrow may not be giving herself enough credit where credit is rightfully due, we’ve highlighted some of the areas she is very knowledgeable in, at least according to herself. See below.

Suncare
“We’re human beings and the sun is the sun — how can it be bad for you? I don’t think anything that’s natural can be bad for you,” she once told British Cosmopolitan.

Aging
“I’ll take my wrinkles,” she exclaimed to Harper’s Bazaar Australia. “I don’t like the Botox thing.”

Fitness
“It’s so much easier to sit home and not exercise and criticize other people,” she confessed in a 2011 cover story in Elle. “What I love is inspiring people. People come up to me and say, ‘I want to have two kids and wear a bathing suit and not feel terrible about myself. I see how hard you work and it makes me feel like I can do that too.’”

Indulgences
“[My guilty pleasure is] my one light American Spirit that I smoke once a week, on Saturday night,” she confessed to Harper’s Bazaar.

Finances
“I am who I am,” she told ELLE U.K. “I can’t pretend to be somebody who makes $25,000 a year.”
